Images on freefoodphotos.com are licensed under a creative commons attribution license. The license we have chosen allows commercial use and also allows you to modify the images.
Images on this site by freefoodphotos.com are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.
Examples of things you can do:
> Download the images, print them in a calendar and sell that calendar to other people. Credit FreeFoodPhotos.com somewhere on the calendar
> Download the images and use them in a website design that you are selling to a paid client. Link to FreeFoodPhotos in the website design
> Download the images and use them in your own personal crafts, school or decorative projects. Tell your friends where you got the images!
> Download and use the images on an Ebook cover or itunes Album Artwork. Credit us as the source in the ebook or included album notes.

Examples of things you can NOT do:
>Download the images as sell them as stock images for other people to reuse.
>Download and use the images without the correct attribution "because it won't look good in my design"
>Download and use the images in a software application without the correct attribution "because I can't put a link in there / the market place I sell through prohibits it".
>Use the images in Generative AI / Machine Learning data set without attributing the source on the generated outputs.
We really are nice people but like everyone else, we can't make any warranty for the site, service provided or any losses that might occur through the use of our site or images provided. :( sucks doesn't it.

HOW DO I ATTRIBUTE?
You can attribute (credit) us by making a link to http://freefoodphotos.com or directly to the image page you downloaded the image from. The link can be adjacent to the image (beneath or above etc) or somewhere logical in a footer, credits/authors panel or sidebar of the page; alternatively the image itself can be made a link to the site.
If you are printing the image or using it somewhere that does not support hyperlinks then just credit us in text as "freefoodphotos.com", if you can't add some text then stamp/rasterize the text onto the image itself.
